Leading Extraordinary Performance

Recently Doug Lennick, CEO of think2perform, and Don MacPherson, President of Modern Survey, hosted a webinar on the 9 Principles for Leading Extraordinary Performance. Much of what was discussed dealt with how leaders and individuals can become more engaged in their work through utilizing various tools. One of the tools that were discussed was incorporating values, both personal and professional values, into work conversations. Understanding and communicating values have a tremondous effect on employee engagement. Recent Modern Survey research states that individuals that can articulate an organization’s values are 51 times more likely to be fully engaged in their work. The use of values to improve employee engagement is just one way to lead extraordinary performance.
